Missionary Highlight
Use this form to submit a Missionary Highlight that will be featured on social media, in e-newsletters and other media.
Prayer Request
Use this form to submit a prayer request for the bi-weekly Family Focus email.

Design Requests
Use the following forms to submit a design request for your ministry.
BCM Business Card
Use this form to request a BCM Business card. Cards will highlight a QR Code that directs donors to your giving account.
Design Project Request
Use this form to submit a design project request.
Request and Approval Process: 2 weeks
Requests will be sent to Elizabeth McCutcheon for review and approval. Once approved Elizabeth will update you and begin working on your request.
